Every seller has a Universal Trust Score (100–900) based on deliveries, reviews, and dispute history.
Dispute mediation
If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and PrimePeer admin will help resolve the issue.
CPA-aligned returns
South African consumer law applies. Sellers must honour statutory return rights on defective goods.
How EFT payment works
- Place your order on PrimePeer — no payment is taken at checkout.
- Pay the seller by EFT using the unique reference shown (e.g. PP-12345).
- Mark payment as sent and optionally upload proof of payment.
- The seller confirms receipt and ships your order.
- Track delivery, leave a review, or request a return if needed.
